Mangaldan’s BOSS Unveils – The Department of the Interior and Local Government required Local Government Units to establish their Business One Stop Shops (BOSS). It specifically mentioned that the number of steps to process various Mayor’s Permits in the municipality should not be more than five (5) to make public processing of documents faster and easier. This is also in compliance with the Citizens Charter (Anti-Red Rape Act) which brings the best service to our citizenry.
The very innovative Mayor of Mangaldan, Hon. Bona Fe de Vera-Parayno, thought of relocating all frontline service offices (Treasury, Real Property Tax and Assessment Offices at the left side and Business Tax, Mayor’s Permit Releasing, Social Welfare & Development and Civil Registry Offices at the right) at the Ground Floor and did a make-over of the BOSS Center with see through windows and more spacious waiting areas for clients.
Indeed, a lot of positive feedbacks were given. The general public is glad that this administration is doing its best to render better service. Major infrastructure improvements are seen right at your front if you go to the municipality of Mangaldan.
